Tender-crisp sweet corn is prepared perfectly in the microwave. It’s an ideal side to serve with Easy BBQ Chicken. Makes 4 servings.
- 4 ears corn
- 2 tablespoons water
- Seasoned salt
- Remove outer husks on corn. Carefully peel back inner husk on corn; remove silk. Cover corn with inner husk and fasten with string.
- Place corn and water in 10-inch microwave-safe casserole.
- Microwave on HIGH, 8-10 minutes, turning corn over after 4 minutes.
- To serve, turn back or remove husk and spread with butter and sprinkle with salt, if desired.
*You can microwave corn without husks, if desired. Simply wrap each ear in waxed paper and microwave as instructed above.
